Terms of Use

By purchasing or using agentmux, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use agentmux on the number of devices specified by your license type:

• Single License - 1 device activation
• Bundle License - 3 device activations

Each activation is permanently bound to the device. Activations cannot be transferred to other devices.

2. Device Binding

Your license is bound to a unique device identifier generated from your hardware. If you reinstall your operating system or significantly change hardware, you may need a new activation.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

• Use agentmux for personal or commercial projects
• Use agentmux in unlimited devcontainers linked to an activated device
• Share Bundle activations with team members (each gets their own activation)

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Share, resell, or distribute your license key publicly
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass license verification
• Use the software for illegal purposes

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase under these conditions:

• Unactivated licenses - Full refund available
• Activated licenses - Cannot be refunded
• Partial Bundle refund - Unused activations can be refunded at per-activation price

6. Updates

Your license includes lifetime updates to all future versions of agentmux at no additional cost.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

agentmux is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of agentmux.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of agentmux after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with standard arbitration procedures.
